What the ₹500 covers
- One fixed price, stated in advance
- ₹500 for 30 minutes, confirmed before you commit to a time. No hourly meter, no surprise bill, and nothing further to pay unless you separately choose to engage the advocate.
- An enrolled advocate, not an intake desk
- The consultation is with Advocate Rahman, enrolled with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu & Puducherry, who practises in the Chennai courts and keeps chambers at the Madras High Court. If you engage him, he is the advocate who appears for you at every hearing — not a junior or someone you have never met.
- About your facts, not general information
- The guides on this site explain how a case type works in general. The consultation applies the law to your own documents and situation — which forum, which route, what it would involve.
- In the language you think in
- Tamil or English, whichever you are more comfortable explaining your situation in. You do not need to know legal terms; describing what happened is enough.
- Time to explain, without a sales pitch
- Thirty minutes is set aside for your matter alone. There is no obligation to engage the advocate afterwards, and no follow-up pressure to do so.
- Quick to arrange, kept confidential
- Send one line on WhatsApp or through the booking form; a reply comes within one working day, or the same working day if you call or message on WhatsApp and say it is urgent. In person in Perambur, by phone or by video. What you share is used only to arrange and hold the consultation.
One line about your matter is enough — you do not need to explain everything here. Bring the documents we list once your time is confirmed.
